Privacy
This policy explains how I collect, use, protect and share personal and business information across all of my work: this website, my network, and every consulting, introduction and business-development service I provide to organisations and partners in Saudi Arabia and across the GCC.
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. Who I am
This website and the services described on it are operated by Laura Bamujally, a licensed business consultant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Licence No. FL-266050915). In this policy, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Laura Bamujally, who is responsible for the personal data described here.
2. Scope
This policy applies to information shared through this website and its forms, by email, phone, WhatsApp or other messaging services, in meetings, and in the course of any engagement with me, whether you are an organisation looking for the right partner, a company or professional looking for opportunities, or a member of my network.
3. Information I collect
Depending on how we work together, I may collect:
- Identity and contact details: name, job title, company, email address, phone and mobile numbers.
- Professional information: your field, services, capabilities, company profile, portfolio, credentials, references and vendor-registration documents.
- Project and opportunity information: requirements, scopes, budgets, timelines, tenders, proposals and related documents.
- Communications: messages, emails, WhatsApp conversations and notes of calls and meetings.
- Contract information: the terms of any service agreement between us and related invoices and payments.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website. No advertising trackers are used.
4. How I collect it
Directly from you; from your organisation or colleagues acting on your behalf; from public sources such as commercial registers, company websites and professional networks; and from trusted contacts who refer you to me with your knowledge.
5. Why I use it
I use information only for the purposes of my work, namely:
- To understand your needs, your services and your goals.
- To identify and evaluate suitable opportunities, organisations and partners.
- To make introductions, only with your consent.
- To prepare, perform and manage contracts and service agreements.
- To coordinate meetings, vendor registration and the preparation and submission of proposals.
- To reply to your messages and keep you informed about relevant opportunities.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
- To keep this website secure and prevent misuse.
6. Legal basis
I process information on the basis of your consent; to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into one; for my legitimate interests in running a consulting practice, always balanced against your rights; and to comply with legal obligations, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations, and other laws that apply in the GCC country concerned.
7. Confidentiality and introductions
Discretion is at the heart of my work. Your details are never shared with any organisation or company without your consent. I share only what is needed for that introduction. Commercially sensitive information, such as pricing, tenders, strategies and project details, is treated as strictly confidential and is never disclosed to competitors. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we discuss details.
8. Who I share it with
I do not sell, rent or trade personal data. I share it only:
- With the organisations or partners I introduce you to, with your consent.
- With trusted service providers who help me run this website, email and hosting, under confidentiality obligations.
- With professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary.
- With courts, regulators or public authorities, where required by law.
9. International transfers
Some service providers may store or process information outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or your country. Any such transfer is made only in accordance with applicable law and with appropriate safeguards for your information.
10. WhatsApp and other platforms
When you contact me through WhatsApp or another platform, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Messages pre-written on this website are only sent if you choose to press send inside WhatsApp. I use these conversations only for the purposes described in this policy.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right:
- To be informed about how your information is used.
- To access your information and receive a copy.
- To correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- To ask for your information to be deleted.
- To withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
- To object to, or ask me to restrict, certain uses of your information.
12. Cookies and website storage
This website uses only the technical storage it needs to work, such as remembering your language. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some images are delivered by third-party content networks (such as Unsplash), which receive your IP address in order to deliver them.
13. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
